At Taineo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, don’t worry, you can easily request a return. Simply send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please include your order number in the subject line of the email so that we can process it faster.

Here Is How to Return a Product:

Return Request

Please ensure that the returned product is unused and in sellable condition, and in its original packaging. After sending your return request email, please wait for our authorization response.

Secure Packaging

Please package all returned items securely to prevent damage or loss during shipping.

Return Label

Once you have obtained a return authorization, we will send a return shipping label via email. Please be sure to attach this label to each return package as it is a requirement for returns.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive any damaged/defective product, please send an email to [email protected] with photos within 24 hours of receipt and our customer service team will assist you accordingly. Your return must reach our returns department with the original label, otherwise you will not be able to get a refund. Returns that are not verified by our quality team will be returned to you on a collect basis based on your request received via email/call.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange a size for the same item, please contact us at [email protected]. We will make a return label for you and create a new order with your desired size at your expense. Please note that we can only exchange if the size you want is in stock!

Refunds:

• We will refund you the full amount of the item returned due to damage or defect.

• For non-damaged/defective returns, the refund amount does not include shipping costs, and the return shipping and original shipping costs (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Once the refund request is approved, it will be processed within 2-5 business days and the amount will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method. It may take up to 10 days for your bank to credit your refund.

Delayed or non-receipt of refund:

If you do not receive your refund in a timely manner, please contact your credit card company or bank first, as it may take some time to process. If you still do not receive your refund, please feel free to contact us at [email protected].

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Partial cancellations are not possible. To simplify the transaction process, we recommend that you cancel your entire order and re-purchase the required quantity.

If you cancel your order before the product is shipped, we will refund the full amount; if you cancel your order after it is shipped but before you receive the product, we will deduct the shipping fee in both directions.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of your order, and Taineo reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at any time after receipt of your order.

Although our online inventory is set to update automatically, Taineo reserves the right to notify you by email at any time after receipt of your order if the ordered quantity of any item is insufficient. In any such event, we reserve the right to supply you with less than the quantity you ordered or to cancel your order by giving you prior notice.
